I am an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pécs (UP FBE) graduated my PhD in 2004 and habilitated in 2016. Since 2013, I have been the Head of the Institute of Leadership and Organizational Sciences of the UP FBE, and since 2015 I have been the Rector's representative of the UP Diaspora Project Network. My publications cover general management , national and organizational culture management, human resource management, project management and the Hungarian diaspora.
